Depuis plus de quinze ans, je travaille dans les domaines de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et de la pr\u00e9vention, au service des publics les plus vuln\u00e9rables sur des territoires ruraux ou semi-ruraux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Mon parcours professionnel m\u2019a conduite \u00e0 exercer les fonctions de coordinatrice pr\u00e9vention de la d\u00e9linquance au sein d\u2019un CISPD, puis de charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9veloppement dans diverses associations. J\u2019ai ainsi travaill\u00e9 sur des projets \u00e0 destination des s\u00e9niors, des jeunes, et des personnes en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 ou d\u2019isolement, en lien \u00e9troit avec les acteurs locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je continue d\u2019exercer mon m\u00e9tier dans l\u2019Economie Sociale et Solidaire, en \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement attentive aux enjeux li\u00e9s au vieillissement, \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux droits, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au lien social. Autant de sujets qui concernent chacun d\u2019entre nous, \u00e0 un moment de notre vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udc10\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si j\u2019ai choisi de franchir le pas de l\u2019engagement politique local, c\u2019est parce que mon parcours m\u2019a convaincue d\u2019une chose : les politiques publiques locales peuvent r\u00e9ellement changer la vie quotidienne des habitants, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elles soient justes, solidaires et construites<br>avec les citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confront\u00e9e aux cons\u00e9quences tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales, j\u2019ai appris qu\u2019une action efficace commence par l\u2019\u00e9coute et s\u2019appuie sur la coop\u00e9ration. Mon engagement n\u2019est donc pas une posture id\u00e9ologique, mais la continuit\u00e9 logique de mon travail de terrain.
